Um defeito intermitente que derrubava o volume da JBL Caixa Ativa SPM-1203A

In this video, I show the diagnostic and repair process of a JBL SPM1203A powered speaker that had an unusual defect: the clip circuit would activate on its own after some time of operation, even without an audio signal. In addition, the speaker's volume would decrease and power would decrease. During the analysis, I performed a complete study of the clipping circuit, monitoring the operation of the components responsible for overload detection until I located the faulty components causing the problem. After replacing the faulty components, the speaker returned to normal operation. If you work with electronic maintenance, powered speaker repair, or audio equipment repair, this video may help you diagnose similar defects.
