Ifood confirma vazamento de dados de 1,2 milhão de clientes | BREAKING NEWS
The delivery app iFood has officially confirmed the leak of registration data from 1,200,000 customers after private information began to be sold and openly disclosed on the internet. According to the company, the security incident occurred due to an internal problem in December of last year and ended up exposing sensitive data such as full names and CPF numbers (Brazilian tax identification numbers) of users. iFood claims that passwords and credit card data were not accessed and that the affected volume represents 2% of its total user base. However, Guilherme Ravache raised a worrying warning during the analysis: the hacker community claims that the intrusion was much larger, alleging to have captured data from practically the entire platform's user base, exceeding 43 million users. 🚨Subscribe to the channel and activate the bell to receive all our content!
