Mickey’s ‘Not So Scary’ Boo To You Halloween Parade Halloween Night 2007

This footage was recorded on Halloween night in 2007. To date this was the best vacation our family had ever been on. Our grandfather recorded a one hour and forty minute home movie using his ‘Sharp Viewcam AL’ model Hi8 camcorder. The video may be shaky parts because he was not only recording with his camcorder but also taking still photographs at the same time. For those sensitive to light and flashes this video may not be for you, In 2007 just about everyone had a digital camera that they used to take photographs. The first iPhone had just been released four months prior in June, and the camera wasn’t that great, so you’ll see lots of camera flashes here. He recorded our entire two week vacation which included every park except Universal Orlando. I may upload other vignettes of this trip, but this scene is my favorite. 19 years later Disney is still offering the ‘not so scary Halloween party’ with massive changes to the parade floats.
