00:00:00 - Project Introduction and Overview Vladimir Semenyuk from Podmoskovnye Landshafty (Moscow Region Landscapes) presents a completed project on a 10-hectare site. The project encompassed a full cycle, from design to implementation. The primary objective was to create a modern, minimalist landscape that would complement the architecture of the house. At the start of the project, only the house and a temporary parking lot made of industrial aggregate were on the site. 00:00:19 - Preparation and Main Work The client contacted us in the winter, during which time the project was developed, and implementation began in the spring. The site's topsoil was completely replaced, and 270 m² of paving slabs were laid, along with the foundation preparation. Industrial aggregate from the temporary parking lot was reused for the permanent pavement. A hidden L-shaped metal curb was installed around the perimeter, creating a formal appearance for the entrance area. 00:01:17 - Engineering Systems A stormwater drainage system with water inlets, pipes, and a drainage well has been installed. Cables have been installed for lighting, gate control, and a potential generator. A simplified irrigation circuit with HDPE pipes and outlets for hose connections has been installed in various areas of the property. 00:02:21 - Paving Details and Zoning In addition to the main paving stones, stepping stones made of tumbled stone were used. The importance of choosing large stones for stability was emphasized. One of the paths leads to the future sauna; its foundation was laid in advance and temporarily covered with grass. A modern fire pit with loft-style furniture and an outlet for convenience has been installed in the fire pit area. 00:04:22 - Landscaping and Technical Solutions Conifers have been planted, which will eventually form a green area along the fence. For quick results, turf was used, which fully established itself within a month. A micro-retaining wall made of slate was installed near the fence to protect against animals and level out the 15 cm difference in elevation. 00:07:37 - Team and Conclusion The project was completed by a team of 15 people: a landscape architect, an engineer, a foreman, and specialized craftsmen. There is a growing demand for modern gardens with clean lines and a monochrome palette.
