Lathe Sensitive drilling attachment
Been needing to make one of these for around fifteen years! Cant put it off any longer. Its a little bit of drill tooling that allows you to drill micro sized holes with lathe that is a bit brutal to do that normally. In the dim and distant past I had a small Hobbymat lathe that was fine drilling very small holes my current ( 25years) 6 inch centre height machine is just to insensitive to drill holes in the sub 1mm size. Hence this little attachment. it basically allows you to push the drill through the work by hand. Works well and is really simple to make only took me a day someone who knows what they are doing could easily make one in a couple of hours start to finish. Hope you enjoy me hamming this up. Cheers.
