Imprezy masowe, dlaczego nie na myślenickim Zarabiu ?

Mass events, why not at Myślenice's Zarabia? After seven years of absence from the Myślenice commune's calendar, the Myślenice Days once again brought residents together. This time, however, the city celebration took place not at Zarabia, as it had for many years (until the pandemic), but at Myślenice's Market Square. The change of location sparked numerous comments and divided residents. Some praised the event's organization in the city center, while others asked directly: why not at Zarabia? In response to questions and discussions on social media and elsewhere, a press conference was held on Thursday, June 25th, on the grassy beach at Myślenice's Zarabia. The meeting was attended by Robert Bylica, Deputy Mayor of the Town and Commune of Myślenice; Artur Kasicki, Commander of the Municipal Police in Myślenice and Head of Crisis Management at the Town and Commune Office of Myślenice; Robert Pitala, Secretary of the Myślenice Commune; Katarzyna Błachut, Head of the Promotion, Cooperation, and Sports Department; and Tomasz Sólnica, Deputy Head of the Investment Department at the Myślenice Municipal Office. During the conference, local government representatives addressed the reasons why this year's Myślenice Days were held in the Market Square instead of Zarabie. They explained the organization of the event, the safety of participants, and the logistical considerations that influenced the choice of venue.
