Woodturning: Slab Wood Platter
A "just shy of" 16 inch platter turned from dry and split slab wood cut-offs that were recently donated to me. This was the largest diameter turn I've done and the largest my lathe can manage without an outboard tool rest set up. Decent learning curve and some challenges around wood flexing while turning.
