Season 13 the 2nd anniversary of My Hero Ultra Rumble has brought about numerous changes but one of the most significant is the nerfs finally done to Monoma. This character has been an absolute menace for seasons but they finally decided to change where he excelled at the hardest his special action. Now he loses more of his gauge when trying to cool down refresh making him go on cooldown with the special action itself quicker. On top of that they also increased his special action cooldown as well making it so you really have to be mindful how you use that gauge. These are the changes many have wanted for this character for a while and I myself really like them as it means you have to think more while using this character.
