Can Old Skill Passives Make Unique Items Great Again?

I know, I know, another video where I yap about unique items. But this is the last one. As you all know, come Season 14, we WILL have two fixed and two random affixes on every unique. In my last video however, I did criticize the implementation, because I feel it is too generic, and robs these items of their flair and things that make them unique. Skill passives being removed from the game was a very good thing for the overall health of Diablo 4. But the problem is that those passives very also a source of diversity and flavor for a lot of unique items, and with them gone, plenty of those items are now just a glorified legendary. My proposal? Adapt some of these passives into the fixed affixes. And not just the passives, but also removed tempers that increase the size, duration etc. of the skills that these items speak to.
