Qué VER en HONG KONG 2025 · GUÍA IMPRESCINDIBLE de VIAJE

For the second time in my life I visited the best of Hong Kong on a 4-day trip with which I was able to make this essential travel guide. On my first day of traveling as a Forty-something Traveler through Hong Kong, I thought about what to see in this city of more than 8 million inhabitants. It was clear to me, you had to get some air and for that the best thing was to go to the Nan Lian Garden and see its impressive pond of lotus flowers. Right next door is the Chi Lin, a Buddhist monastery that is essential to visit. My next stop was very close to there, I went to Wong Tai Sin, a temple full of Cantonese people in which the smell of incense was predominant, with a spectacular garden. After visiting Kowloon Park it was time to eat, the best place and very close to the park was Mark's noodles, with its noodle soup with mushrooms with a spectacular flavor. The next stop was obligatory, the Avenue of Stars where you can see the entire Hong Kong skyline and which at night is illuminated with plays of lights in the Symphony of lights. The second day we went up we were only able to visit the PMQ because of the bad weather, a building that combines art with geeky fashion stores. On the third day we wanted to see the largest Buddha in the world, which is located on Lantau Island, but the weather prevented us from doing so, so we focused on Central Island or Hong Kong Island. We visited the Man Mo temple, another of Hong Kong's must-sees, and the Tai Kwun, which is the center for the city's heritage and arts where, among others, we were able to visit the old prison. We didn't really know what to see next so in the afternoon we headed to the Kowloon Peninsula to see the art museum and to take the Star Ferry that crosses to Hong Kong Island in about 5 minutes. For the last day we leave one of the greatest attractions of Hong Kong, the views from Victoria Peak, a wonder not suitable for people with vertigo like me. As you can see there are many things to do in Hong Kong. If you want to see photos of my trips here is my Instagram profile: https://www.instagram.com/cuarentonvi...
