Making My First Pile Box Beehive for Japanese Bees

There were bees all around last year and I think we have a good chance of getting a swarm. This is my first pile box beehive, made to measurements that Japan Natural Beekeeping (   / @japanesenaturalbeekeeping  ) very kindly made available. It's not done yet, that will be in the next video! About Ryunohara: I'm Lee, I'm 31, Singaporean, and have been living in Japan for almost 10 years. I'm taking a leap into the countryside to run a farm and in the near future a farm-to-table cafe in Ryujinmura, Wakayama Prefecture. I'm experimenting with natural farming techniques and will be making tea this year. In the meantime the 2 properties on the farm need a lot of restoration work. One's at least 60 years old and has a leaky roof, and the other is 120-years-old with a good thatched roof but wonky floors.
