I hope this video makes your day cozier 🍂 Follow me on Instagram too:   / ludgeravlog   Chocolate Cake Ingredients: 1 cup of oil (240 ml) 1 cup of water (240 ml) 2 whole eggs 1 cup of sugar (180 g) 1 cup of chocolate powder (90 g) 2 cups of all-purpose flour (10 ounces) 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14 g) Traditional Homemade Bread Ingredients: 500 g of all-purpose flour 10 g of active dry yeast (1 sachet) 300 ml of warm water 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons of oil or butter Preparation: 1. in 1. In a bowl, mix the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes until it foams. 2. Add oil, salt, and half of the flour. Mix well. 3. Gradually add the remaining flour until a soft dough forms. 4. Knead for about 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. 5. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for approximately 1 hour, or until it doubles in volume. 6. Shape the bread as desired and place it in a greased pan. 7. Let it rise again for 30 to 40 minutes. 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown. Tips: For a softer bread, replace 50 ml of the water with milk. For a shiny crust, brush with egg yolk before baking. You can add cheese, herbs, or seeds to the dough.
