Healthy Tofu-Chickpea Curry Recipe ගුණවත් ටෝෆු - කඩල කරි රෙසපිය Ingredients - අවශ්‍ය දේ: 450g tofu cubes (ටෝෆු) 400g boiled chickpeas (කඩල) 1 head broccoli florests (බ්‍රොකොලි) 2 sliced mushrooms (හතු) 1 thinly sliced capsicum (කැප්සිකම්) 3 cloves crushed garlic (සුදුළුනු) 1 chopped brown onion (ලොකු ලූනු) 2 tbsp olive oil (ඔලිව් තෙල්) 2 tomato paste (තක්කාලි පේස්ට්) 1 tsp chilli powder (මිරිස් කුඩු) 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (කහ කුඩු) 1/2 tsp mustard seeds (අබ) 1 tbsp curry powder (තුනපහ) 1 tsp salt (ලුණු) 1/2 cup coconut cream (පොල් කිරි) Thanks 🙏 for watching my videos.
