In this video, Laurie Santos, professor of psychology at Yale University, describes the five behaviors that increase emotional well-being. "One thing science teaches us is that even though we all seek happiness, we don't usually do it well. We have preconceived ideas about the things that can make us happy, but we are often wrong. I think science can help us there, because what it suggests is that there are very simple things we can do to improve our well-being, like imitating the five behaviors of happy people: socializing, being altruistic, showing gratitude for what we have, practicing healthy habits, and meditating," she says. #AprendemosJuntos
