Recipe Ingredients 150g drained tuna in oil 150g avocado Juice and zest of one unwaxed lemon 125g yogurt 10g capers 1 sprig parsley or a few basil leaves Preparation of Tuna Salsa with Avocado - Egg-Free 1. Place the tuna in oil in a colander and let it drain the excess oil. 2. Cut a ripe avocado in half lengthwise, removing the pit. Peel the avocado and transfer the pulp to a blender. Flavor with lemon juice and zest, add the desalted capers and basil (or parsley). Blend, adding the plain yogurt and drained tuna, until you obtain a thick, velvety cream. Did you know that... For those who are lactose intolerant, plain yogurt can be replaced with plain soy yogurt. We don't recommend adding salt to this recipe because we're using anchovies, tuna, and capers, which are very flavorful. 3.
