Yamaha Air Injection System AIS Removal or Disable XVS 650

The Yamaha Air Injection System AIS found on the XVS 650 Dragstar, V Star and similar bikes is an emissions control system designed to burn unburnt fuel in the exhaust. This can and does result in popping and backing in the exhaust especially on overrun. The system also does nothing for how good the bike looks as it's an intrusive after thought bolted onto the engine. If you want to disable the system or remove it I run through the process step by step on my bike.
