"Lady Soul" - Ali Woodson / Dennis Edwards' Temptations Review

The year was 1986, and the Temptations released "To Be Continued". Originally featuring Ali Woodson, Richard Street, Melvin Franklin, Ron Tyson, and Otis Williams, this was the 3rd album in a row to feature Ali Woodson as lead, and later he would rejoin the Temptations. The mic movement is crazy good as expected with Ali I really like this lineup for the Review, and it's really great to see Ali after the Temptations. It makes me wonder if he still was performing, why he had to leave after "For Lovers Only". In my dream I'd imagine Ali performing with this group, without the loss of Kendricks and Ruffin. That would be a supergroup. Also, at this point in time, there was many Temptations still around. If they had a second reunion in the 90s, it could've featured upwards of David Ruffin, Eddie Kendricks, Otis Williams, Melvin Franklin, Damon Harris, Glenn Leonard, Louis Price, and Dennis Edwards. It isn't feasible, but that would've been truly legendary. The only person missing would've been Paul. Anyways, enjoy! ~ Check out their website here! https ://thetemptationsreviewfeaturingdennisedwards.com "The Temptations Review Crew" Band Leader & Keyboardist - Courtland Jones Keyboardist - Earl VanDyke Jr. Bassist - James McKay Guitarist - Rick Archer Drummer - Sam Scott Director of Horns - John Taylor ~ #temptations #live #motown #soul #dennisedwards #mikepattillo #aliwoodson #davidsea #chrisarnold
