Getting out of the military? Thoughts, One Year Later…

Next week marks the one year anniversary of finishing active duty in the United States Marine Corps. In this video I discuss some of the challenges I've faced since getting out and some of the things that have helped me along the way. This past September I began working on a six-part short film series that focuses on Veteran transition. I've submitted a few episodes to film festivals, so I won't get to share the series until I hear back from them. Hopefully that day comes soon. Also, the Veterans featured in my series do a much better job about talking about military transition, but here are some of my thoughts for now. I felt inspired to start a YouTube segment called "Thoughts", where I discuss some of the things on my mind. I'll probably make a segment for travel and one for photography / video tips as well.
