"Ntoroko District has long faced one of Uganda’s highest burdens of teenage pregnancy — with rates at 25% district-wide (above the national average of 24%) and surging to 34% in Kanara Town Council. with significant challenges from early sexual debut, poor parenting, limited youth-friendly services, and climate-related vulnerabilities in areas like Kanara. Through its interfaith-led model, 3FHi has partnered with religious leaders, cultural institutions, and multi-sectoral actors to drive change.
