How life looks building a business in your 20’s

In this vlog, I head out to Terrigal to meet up with my client Josh in person for a one-on-one. We get coffee, talk through onboarding his first hire, train, and get into a proper conversation about content and growing the right audience. I also break down the full offer architecture we've been building all quarter. After a delivery audit showed I was involved in 90% of everything in the business, we built out a proper stage mapping system, a weekly check-in automation, and a new hybrid group offer that we're moving to. I walk through exactly how it's structured and why, using the actual Notion doc we built it in. And then there's the engagement. I share a few reflections on that, on the business, and on something Conor McGregor recently said that's been sitting with me.
