“SELF DESTRUCTION” is a song I wrote about my struggle with drink & drugs, numbing the pain but realising it only made it worse. I feel the song is relatable for a lot of people who deal with mental health issues like myself and people who feel like there’s no escape from their pain, trauma, heartbreak and depression. There’s always a way to heal and this solution isn’t it… escaping your pain isn’t easy but it isn’t impossible.
