Welcome to a new Cross Jumps Tutorial. We'll show you 12 ways to train a backflip (back somersault). The backflip is a difficult trick to learn, but these are great exercises for training the reverse rotation. In the following tutorial, we'll show you how to do a backflip. Every Wednesday, a trampoline tutorial is online on the Cross Jumps YouTube channel. Not everyone can join our trampoline freerunning class. This way, we try to help you with tricks and tips. We do tutorials with trampoline and freerunning tricks. There are, of course, different ways to learn a trick, but this is our approach. We approach it more like freestyle rather than gymnastics. We start with basic trampoline tricks and gradually increase the difficulty.
