Is This Statue Radagon?

I’ve seen many Elden Ring lore theory videos on YouTube claim that this statue represents Radagon. If so, what does that mean to the history of the game and our search for clues on who Radagon really is? In this video, we'll analyze the statue known as "The Saint."
