Ingredients needed: 2 Tomatoes lemon sized tamarind 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard 1/2 tsp urud dal 1/2 tsp fenugreek 3 green chillies 2 dried chillies 2-3 pounded garlic Little asofoetida Salt Curry leaves coriander Recipe: Squeeze tomatoes and tamarind in water and keep the mixture aside. In a heated pan, add oil,mustard,urud dal, fenugreek and saute well. Add curry leaves, chillies , garlic and stir well. Add the tamarind and tomato water. Add asofetida and salt. Bring it to boil and switch off the flame.
