We'll clearly explain WHICH questions await you on check card 10 during the departure check and HOW you can answer them in the C driving test. The departure check is part of the practical driving test and lasts approximately 15 minutes. There are 10 check cards in total - we'll start with card 10. Before the test drive, you may draw a card and answer it for the examiner. Card 10 contains the following questions: 1. Checking a record sheet or a printout from the EC tachograph a) How many kilometers were driven? b) How long was the break? c) After how many hours was the first break taken? d) What was the maximum speed driven, and were any speeding violations recorded on the digital EC tachograph? 2. Check that the pedal travel is clear 3. Visually inspect the suspension 4. Name the warning lights or activate the control systems and explain them using two examples 5.
