Learn how to share your journey and create your story to share with others in your search for a living organ donor. Let's come together to build story, provide hope and information. How do I ask someone to be my living donor? You don't have to ask! What we will do in this session is learn the best techniques on how to share your story to provide all of the information a potential living donor would need to make a decision to step forward to be your donor. The only ask we have is for someone to share our journey. Does sharing your story actually work to find a donor? Yes. We have many organ recipients and loved ones who have shared their journey in this way and have found matches from within their networks, and even strangers!
