These Bureaucrats don't want to give up their sweet, sweet, traffic camera revenue. Oh and tint laws? They say it's for officer safety and help them identify drivers, but ironically, louvers make such a task even harder, yet aren't banned nearly to the degree tint is. One could almost say...that sometimes Law Makers haven't the slightest clue what they were doing. Because if they did, they'd have better consistency and actually do things in interest of public safety and bureaucratic greed.
