I already knew that sunflower flower essence can help you to stay in alignment with the light, to empower you, help you to be of service, to be a leader, to be in balance, flowing with the cycles of life and abundance. But I wanted to go deeper and connect with the energy of the sunflowers to see want else they wanted to help us with, what they would have us know, do, and focus on for our highest good.
