The ride departed in the afternoon from Toverland, where the public and many children were already able to enjoy the bright blue lights and the large number of vehicles lining up. From there, the convoy drove through Sevenum, Kronenberg, and Grubbenvorst toward Venlo. Along the entire route, residents stood waving, taking photos, and cheering on the emergency responders. Upon arrival at the VieCuri Hospital came the highlight of the day: on the parking lot, a countdown took place together with the children from the hospital, after which all vehicles activated their lights and sirens at the same time. An impressive and emotional moment designed to give the children an unforgettable experience and let them forget their illness for a moment.
