Deinterlaced to 59.94 fps, heavy stabliization using cropping applied, still not stable but way better, colors corrected as much as possible, black levels adn white balance set on a new wider color gamut for re-grading. video scaled to 1440x1080p at 60fps.. Lot more work on this but it would take a novel... of course there's spatial and temportal denoising applied... This will always be a restoration. source is too far gone! Enjoy and thank you!
