Solo camping in the Mojave Desert (No Plan, No Camp, Running Out of Time)
I went into the Mojave Desert with no plan… and ran out of time fast. This trip starts near Lake Havasu on the Arizona–California border, heading deep into the backcountry alone. What looked simple on the map turned into wrong turns, rough trails, incoming weather, and the pressure of finding a place to camp before dark. No set route. No guarantees. Just figuring it out as I go. This is solo overlanding in the Mojave Desert at its rawest—unpredictable, quiet, and a little unforgiving. 📍 Location: Mojave Desert / Lake Havasu (Arizona–California border) 🚙 Vehicle: Jeep Gladiator Overland Build 🎥 Shot on: Sony FX30 + Drone If you’re into overlanding, off-road exploration, and cinematic adventure films, subscribe for more episodes from this series. More coming soon as I push deeper into the Mojave.
