Khato Lot Ingredients: Curd - 1+1/2 Cup ( Little Sour or One day Older) Hing - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 2 tsp Salt to taste 1/8 tsp - Turmeric Powder Ginger Chilli Paste - 2 tbsp Water - 1 Cup Method: Take a Bowl and Mix above all the things with blender then take Garlic - 1 Clove Grated Add in the above Mixture then add Rice Flower - 1 Cup Again blend Properly Tadka : Oil - 2 tbsp Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Curry Leaves- 8-10 no Garlic- 1 Clove Grated Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Water - 3 Cup Method : Make a Tadka and then add Water and Let Boil Properly then add above Mixture and Mix Continously and Then Close the Lid , Cook till 7-8 Min and then add Coriander Chopped Mix and Switch off the Flame and Close the Lid and use after 5-6 Min Serve Hot.
