We begin at the impressive Rock of Cashel, which we enjoyed in the previous video, and our first stop is the elegant medieval city of Kilkenny, where we discover its cathedral, the Black Abbey, its charming streets, and its imposing Norman castle. We continue to the monastic enclave of Clonmacnoise, one of the most important religious centers of Celtic Ireland, located on the banks of the River Shannon. We then proceed to the mythical Hill of Tara, a sacred site where, according to tradition, the High Kings of Ireland were crowned. And we conclude at one of the most astonishing places in Europe: Brú na Bóinne, home to the Newgrange burial mound, built more than 5,000 years ago, even before the pyramids of Egypt.
