Steady Long Run at 2500m+ of Altitude
Come with us, the OAC, on a steady long run up in the Colorado mountains. We met at 7.45 am on a hot summer day at our gym and drove up to Rollinsville. We ran 15mi at just under 6min pace and got rewarded with a dip in the cold creek and some good coffee afterwards. After heading back down to Boulder I watched the Germany game vs the Ivory Coast. Stay tuned for part 2! produced by: / gordynilsen my instagram: https://www.instagram.com/robertfarke... link to the run: https://strava.app.link/aqFkiE8kl4b my favorite items: https://faves.xyz/@robertfarken
