Marshal Italo Balbo, Italian politician and aviator, is driven in an open top car past crowds. Title reads: "New York Hails Balbo On Eve Of Return Hop." American voiceover. Italian and the Stars and Stripes flags hang above street as Balbo and his group of fliers are given a ticker tape parade along Lower Broadway. Balbo meets with Mayor O'Brien and gives a speech of thanks (in Italian) from the steps of City Hall. 'Viva New York'. N.B.
