This Hidden Corner of Greece Blew Us Away | Guide to MANI PENINSULA

The Mani Peninsula quickly became one of our favorite regions in Greece. Located in the southern Peloponnese, this rugged stretch of coastline is known for dramatic landscapes, historic stone tower villages, crystal-clear water, hidden beaches, and some of the most unique scenery we've seen anywhere in the country. In this video, we journey to Cape Tenaro or Cape Tainaron, the southernmost point of mainland Greece and a place steeped in mythology. We spend the night in a traditional Mani tower house, wander through the atmospheric streets of one of Greece's most famous ghost towns (Vathia Greece), relax at a secluded beach, and descend into the incredible Diros Caves. We finish our visit in the beautiful towns of Areopoli and Limeni, two must-visit destinations on any Mani Peninsula road trip.
