OPENING WEEKEND! Kings Island arcade tours & vlog (Mason OH), new April 2025 full 4K walkthrough

Well, now that it's Memorial Day weekend and most amusement parks throughout the States are in full swing, I guess it's time to post up my overdue visit to Kings Island! This video was recorded in the afternoon and evening of Friday, April 18th. They officially opened to the public on Saturday the 19th, but were open the night before for season passholders (and passholders from other parks who have the All-Park Passport... such as yours truly). It's been a few years since we had been out here, and unfortunately we didn't really get a chance to do every single thing we wanted to due to the lack of time, but it was good getting a few rides in while we could! Banshee and Diamondback are still A-tier B&M rollercoasters, and there's nothing quite like riding The Beast at night after the sun sets. Meanwhile, we checked out the state of their two major arcades in the park, with the larger Coney Mall Arcade over near the Racer, and the Rivertown Arcade near the entrance to the Beast. There were a few new games, a lot of old ones, and sadly no music games anywhere to be found this year. Womp womp! Even though we didn't get a lot of time in the park, we still had a blast. Kings Island is a great park, and although it often gets left out of the conversation for best-in-the-chain, I appreciate every visit we make out here.
