Incidents of War: With the 7th Marines in I Corps, South Vietnam, 1967-1968
Anthony Johnson served in I Corps, South Vietnam, with the 1st Battalion, Seventh Marines, 1967-1968. He operated a 106mm recoilless rifle, worked with Combined Action Program teams, and participated in ambushes and patrols in areas south of De Nang. He shares memories of the Tet Offensive and other battles that took place on Hill 41 and Hill 1062, among other places.
