Thai Vegan Festival Begins! (เทศกาลกินเจ) First Meal of 2020 Vegan Food Festival in Thailand 🥗 😆

The Thai Vegan Festival is here! Each year, following the lunar calendar, many Thai will eat a totally Vegan diet for a period of 10 days. Not only vegan, but actually 'Jay,' following a few more guidelines to promote health, both body and mind. Besides all the yellow flags, and huge activities happening around local Thai-Chinese temples, its also a chance to sample many dishes that only make it to the main market tables during this exact time each year. I am excited to show many different facets of the Jae festival, the Thai Vegan Festival (called 'Tessagaan Gin Jay" in Thai), starting with the livestream a few days ago, to this video today, and continuing on to one video talking more about the history of the festival, and a final video at the largest Jae food selection that I know of... so get excited to learn all about the Thai Vegan Festival with me!
