Izgradnja Pizza Peći - Izolacija Kupole i Završna obrada

In this video you can see how my father and I did the final work on building the Pizza Oven. If you want to buy a plan for building this pizza oven, visit my online store for architectural plans: https://www.etsy.com/de-en/listing/16... 1. Installing an additional layer of fireclay brick floor of the pizza oven, 3cm thick. So-called dry installation without glue. 2. Plastering the pizza oven dome on the outside with flexible ceramic adhesive for outdoor use in order to eliminate the possibility of smoke penetrating the final layers of the pizza oven as well as the thermal insulation layers. 3. Installing thermal insulation made of rock wool, 5cm thick, which we attached to the pizza oven dome with concrete nails and mason's twine. 4. Reinforcement of the final layers of the dome of the pizza oven with steel mesh 3x3 cm in square diameter, mesh thickness about 1.5 mm. First, we placed a circular ring horizontally at the bottom of the pizza oven, and then on top of that, triangular pieces of net facing vertically towards the center of the dome. 5. Plastering the grate with cement mortar in two layers as the main supporting layer of the fine finishing of this pizza oven. 6. Gluing porcelain tiles to the work surface around the pizza oven where we used a flexible ceramic tile adhesive for outdoor use. 7. Gluing marble mosaic tiles or pieces as the final look of this pizza oven. Here, too, we used a flexible adhesive for ceramic tiles intended for outdoor use. 8. Grouting of marble tile mosaics. Here we used cement mortar as an additional stiffener and connection. 9. Installing a metal door at the entrance to the pizza oven for the purpose of preserving heat and better control of baking. 10. Coating all exterior surfaces of the pizza oven with acrylic emulsion for weather protection. Like and subscribe, new content coming soon! Thank you very much!
