ЖИЗНЬ и СМЕРТЬ ТАДЖИКСКОГО ГАИ-шника КОТОРОГО ЛЮБИЛ ВЕСЬ СОВЕТСКИЙ СОЮЗ..
FOR COOPERATION MAIL: [email protected] HISTORY OF MULLO NUROV, THE MOST HONEST GAI OFFICER OF THE USSR: https://bigpicture.ru/istoriya-mullo-... Everyone in Tajikistan knew the traffic police inspector Mullo Nurov. Both locals and guests of the republic loved to be photographed with “the most mustachioed traffic cop of the Soviet Union”, and the fine he issued did not upset anyone and was considered a happy sign. There are still legends about the policeman Nurov, and one of them says that he allegedly fined his own wife. Everyone who knew the major willingly believes in this, because he was a crystal-clearly honest officer and remained faithful to his duty until the last minute. The legendary traffic cop was born in 1936 on March 8, just on the women's holiday, in a small Tajik village. They named the boy Ermakhmad, and Mullo was his second name, which, according to Muslim custom, was given to him at the age of 8. To be honored with such an honor, the boy memorized the Koran, according to which his father taught him to read and write. From a very young age, Mullo helped his father at the home oil mill, which fed the Nurov family, which had three children. Maintenance of a simple mechanism that helped to churn oil aroused in the boy an interest in technology and he firmly decided that his life would be connected with machines. After graduating from school, Mullo did not think about choosing a profession for a long time and learned to be a driver. Nurov also served in the army while driving, and even in a very interesting place - at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Nurov liked to tell that at Baikonur he drove the very father of Soviet rocket science, Sergei Korolyov, and personally saw Valentina Tereshkova. No one doubted the veracity of his stories - not once in his life did Mullo give reason to accuse himself of lying. Returning from the army, the guy got a job as a driver at the Tajikmatlubot enterprise, then no one could even think that he would be attracted to work in the police. He changed the life of a guy from a small village, one not a pleasant incident. Once Mullo, who was traveling on official business, was stopped by a traffic police inspector. Despite the fact that the driver did not violate anything, he was still fined, and this injustice greatly hurt the guy. Mullo Nurov decided that he would become a traffic cop, but not like the others, but honest and fair. It turned out to be quite difficult to get into the traffic police - for this the applicant did not have enough growth. But the young man so ardently convinced the head of the courses of traffic inspectors that he could not refuse him. “You accept me, see how I will work, if I can’t, I’ll leave myself!” promised Mullo and fully justified the trust. So the most honest traffic cop of the USSR appeared on the roads of Tajikistan, who very soon became famous for his professionalism, incorruptibility and luxurious mustache throughout the country. The legendary mustache appeared on Nurov's face not immediately, but after a couple of years of work on the streets of Dushanbe. At first, they were not an obligatory part of the officer's image - he either shaved them off, then grew them again. But after one incident, Mullo realized that facial hair is a brand and no longer parted with them. But it was like this; Once he stopped the driver and, as expected, introduced himself and reported the violation. In response, he doubted that the same Mullo Nurov was in front of him. I will pay a fine, but why are you telling a lie, calling yourself Nurov. I know him, Nurov has a long mustache, but you don't have any at all. The officer dispelled the doubts of the skeptic by showing the documents, but after this incident he grew a mustache and never parted with them again. By the way, the authorities really did not like Mullo's lush facial hair, but this was the only complaint against a responsible and honest policeman, so the mustache was tolerated. They said about Nurov that he has a special flair for violators. Colleagues claimed that he could unmistakably identify a drunk driver by one, only known to him driving style. Once colleagues even argued with Mullo and suggested that he stop three cars with drinkers. The traffic cop stopped three drivers and never blundered. In the work book of a traffic police officer, there was a record that for 33 years of service he detained 14,000 drunk drivers. It was the absolute record of the USSR and, perhaps, this record has not been broken to this day. It was impossible to negotiate with Nurov - he was a fair, but strict inspector, who did not recognize compromises and did not make concessions to "big people". #onceonearth #MulloNurov #traffic cop #gai #gbdd #police #USSR #Tajikistan #tajiks #auto #cars #avtossr
