Tsa Lung Guided Meditation Practice - Alejandro Chaoul

This guided meditation demonstrates the seated body movements of Tsa Lung, a Tibetan yoga practice that opens the energy centers (chakras) for greater wellbeing. Senior Teacher of The 3 Doors international meditation organization, Alejandro Chaoul leads a group of experienced practitioners through a morning Tsa Lung practice at the Serenity Ridge Retreat Center in Virginia. https://the3doors.org/events/ Alejandro Chaoul, PhD has been a student of Tibetan Buddhism since 1989 and has studied with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Yongdzin Tenzin Namdak, Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, and Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche. He is an Assistant Professor at MD Anderson Cancer Center’s Integrative Medicine Program where he teaches Tibetan meditation to cancer patients, their families and caregivers, and researches the effects of Tibetan mind-body practices with cancer patients. He also teaches mind-body techniques to medical students, staff and faculty at University of Texas medical school, as a way of self-care.
