I went to the Dewa Sanzan mountains as a journey of rebirth. It is said that visiting all three places brings good fortune, but Gassan Shrine is only open for two months in the summer, so the only time I could visit them at the same time was in the summer. I took the Gassan lift up Mount Gassan and went to Gassan Shrine at the summit. As it is one of the 100 famous flowering mountains, I was able to see day lilies, aleutians, dicentra, and more. After descending the mountain, I went to Dewasanzan Shrine on Mt. Haguro, and on my last day, I also visited Yudonosan Shrine. So I used the Tsukiyama elevator to climb Tsukiyama and go to Tsukiyama Shrine at the top of the mountain.
