Regional and Oberliga South 2023/24 – Regional League Men South TV 1879 Hilpoltstein II: TTC SR Hohenstein-Ernstthal II Sunday, March 10, 24, 5:00 p.m GAME STRATEGY: -I found that when I tried to turn the corner and use the forehand from the backhand side in the match he was too good at blocking me wide and would lose the points. -I also found that playing from one step off the table also resulted in him blocking me around too much. -My strategy was to stay close to the table and play backhand to backhand, after my serve he would usually push long and I would open with Backhand and try to stay in backhand. When he served I would try to flip with backhand and play backhand to backhand. -When I was serving to his backhand he would usually float one a little bit high to my backhand, I felt I could loop over the table but ended up missing a LOT so I started to serve short to his forehand and I didn't have to deal with this ball.
