Boondocking with a 12V Fridge – DIY RV Solar Installation with Victron Charge Controller

I recently purchase a new RV and took it out for an overnight boondock. I quickly realized that the 12V fridge was a battery vampire. Even with a small solar panel, the battery continued to drain. In this video I will show you how I installed a 770W solar power system for about $800 using a Victron charge controller. Not only will this system allow me to boondock indefinitely, it will allow me to run small AC devices through my Renogy inverter during the day.
