We NEED to Talk About Ichi the Witch!
I finally sat down and read Ichi the Witch, one of Weekly Shonen Jump's fastest-rising fantasy manga, and I came away with mixed feelings. While the series delivers incredible artwork from Shiro Usazaki, a creative magic system, hilarious comedy, and one of my favorite mentor characters in recent manga, it also struggles with characterization, pacing, and memorable villains. In this review, I break down everything that makes Ichi the Witch worth reading—and why I don't think it's quite the masterpiece some fans claim it is. Chapters discussed without major late-story spoilers. What do you think of Ichi the Witch so far? If you enjoyed the video, be sure to like, subscribe, and let me know which new manga I should cover next.
