By ANCHORING THE TRAIL FOOT throughout the swing, this drill prevents the TRAIL HIP, KNEE, AND SHOULDER from moving toward the golf ball, helping to STABILIZE THE PELVIS. At 53, I know how challenging it can be for AGING ATHLETES to maintain mobility. Achieving TOUR-QUALITY BODY DYNAMICS isn't practical or achievable for many golfers - myself included!
