The cave was my sky ..... and I am attached to that rock with all of myself. Bernadette Soubirous Lourdes February 11, 1858, in the cave of Massabielle appeared to the little Bernadette a "Woman dressed in white", that was the beginning of the story that changed not only the life of the little shepherdess of Lourdes, but also the life of millions of pilgrims every year they come to the cave, where hundreds of unexplained healing have occurred for 160 years. The "White Lady", told Bernadette to be the Immaculate Conception, a definition unknown to the little shepherdess and that despite her humility and sincerity, was defamed and discredited by everyone. Bernadette knew she had to suffer in this life, as the Virgin Mary had told him, but also that she would be happy in the next, her faith supported her until April 16, 1879 where at age 35, in the convent of the Sisters of Charity of Nevers, he left this life for that Paradise which the Immaculate Virgin had promised him. His remains rest incorrotte from time in a glass urn, inside a small chapel in the convent of Nevers. To us that we did not know it remains his Spiritual Testament, a great Thanks for everything.
