The scientific approach I suggested in the lesson "Tips for Seeking Knowledge and a Suggested Scientific Approach": Do not move on to Level Two books until you have completed Level One books. Do not be content with merely listening or reading... Strive to memorize and study as much as possible so that you do not have to repeat the same level. Seek God's help and do not despair. Exert yourself in seeking knowledge according to your time and energy. It is not necessary to reach the end of the path; what is important is that God sees you always on the path, so do not stop no matter what happens. Look for a companion in seeking knowledge and a wise sheikh who can help, guide, and test you if you find one. The zakat of knowledge is to teach it to others, and thus He will bless it for you. All the suggested books are available in PDF format online, and explanations are available... just search for them.
