Electrum Group Chairman Thomas Kaplan on The David Rubenstein Show
May.29 -- David Rubenstein interviews Thomas Kaplan, businessman, investor, philanthropist and art collector. He found great success with bets on natural resources and then became a major philanthropist, creating the only organization devoted exclusively to saving the world's "big cats" (lions, tigers, snow leopards, etc.). Kaplan also founded The Leiden Collection, the world's largest private holding of Rembrandt paintings, which he loans out to museums worldwide. The interview took place in New York City on May 6. #peertopeerBloomberg
